Commission
This is my commission rates info. You can ask if you want something that isn´t in the table rates.CONCEPTUALIZING
Conceptualizing a character or illustration has an additional cost of 35% on the cost based on the rate table.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT:
• Payment via Paypal only in USD.
• With the 50% of payment I start working.I send your request finished after the second payment. If you wish you can pay all the cost with the first invoice.
• Before to send a pay ask for free slots.WHAT I CAN DRAW:
• Fanart.
• Stylized characters/creatures.
• Designing your original characters (for video game, graphic novel, animation, comic, webcomic).
• Your original character’s reference sheet.
• Character’s expression sheet.
• Fake anime/cartoon style screenshots.
• Covers (comic, novels, music).
• Simple mechas and armors.
• Furry.
• Animated gif´s (ask rates vía e-mail).Note: I base all on your description and reference source.WHAT I CAN´T DRAW:
• Cartoon Style
• Realism and hyperrealism
• Complicated backgrounds
• Complicated mechas design
• Offensive or violent things against children, women and animals (shota, loli, gore, scat).PROCESS OF WORK:
• Vía e-mail ([email protected]) you send me references (links, texts, images) and details about your commission. The title: COMMISSION REQUEST
• I draw a sketch, you can request changes to the drawing with up 2 edits: one over the rough line and the second after to show you the line clean.
• I put the plan colors, you can request changes to the base colors (no applied over the line art).
• When I have the final image with the shading you have 1 free edit.Note: All the contact is via email (to discuss changes and edits)Note 2: Exceeding the amounts of edits will charge you 10$ per edits.REFUNDS:
• If I cannot provide/finish the artwork for any given reason.
• If you decide to cancel with days of anticipation.DEADLINES:
• Artwork will be finished within 1-2 weeks after partial payment is made. You will receive the artwork once the full payment is made.
• If you need a certain deadline, let me know and I´ll tell you if I can work with those conditions or not, but you must make the full payment in one invoice.YOU GET:
• Digital illustration full resolution: 300 dpi in jpg,png or pdf format
• You will receive the full package in a compressed file via WeTransfer.DISCLAIMERS:
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
• The rates commission is for PERSONAL USE ONLY (you have the right to use the final digital image for personal use like print it to yourself).
• You MAY NOT resell the image to third parties (, resell the original digital image for money or make prints or merchandise for sale ) unless the work is charged for commercial use (ask for this rates).
• I may ask for your permission to use the artwork on my portfolio but you can decline that offer.
